1. Purpose

The purpose of this Code of Ethics is to establish clear principles and standards of conduct for Daimo. The Company is committed to conducting its business with honesty, integrity, and professionalism. This Code applies to all directors, employees, contractors, and representatives of Daimo.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all business activities undertaken by Daimo, both domestically and internationally. All employees and representatives are personally responsible for adhering to the provisions of this Code in their dealings with:

  • Fellow employees;

  • Clients and business partners;

  • The community; and

  • Competitors.

3. Policy Statements

3.1 Responsibility to Employees

Daimo shall:

  • Communicate the requirements of this Code to all employees and relevant stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with the provisions of this Code as a condition of employment or engagement.

  • Promote accountability and responsibility in the performance of all duties.

  • Maintain a workplace environment based on fairness, respect, and zero tolerance for discrimination or harassment.

  • Provide and maintain a safe and healthy workplace for employees and contractors.

  • Review and update the Code of Ethics periodically to ensure its ongoing relevance and applicability.

3.2 Responsibility to Clients and Business Partners

Daimo shall:

  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in every jurisdiction of operation.

  • Conduct all dealings with honesty, integrity, and professionalism.

  • Fulfil contractual obligations fully and without compromise.

  • Foster cooperation to ensure that clients and business partners meet their contractual obligations to Daimo.

  • Establish and maintain long-term business relationships based on mutual respect, trust, and transparent communication.

  • Avoid conflicts of interest or situations that may create divided loyalty.

  • Decline any gift, benefit, or gratuity that could reasonably be perceived as compromising judgement or independence.

  • Respect and protect the intellectual property rights and confidential information of third parties.

  • Implement and maintain a Quality Management System to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products and services.

3.3 Responsibility to Communities

Daimo shall:

  • Support community initiatives and sponsorships that foster positive relationships.

  • Respect the cultural, social, and physical environments in which it operates.

  • Commit to responsible environmental management, including the continual improvement of practices that impact land, water, and air.

  • Ensure robust occupational health and safety systems to protect employees, contractors, and the wider community.

3.4 Responsibility to Competitors

Daimo shall:

  • Compete fairly and in accordance with applicable competition laws.

  • Refrain from unlawful or unethical practices to obtain competitive information.

  • Prohibit practices such as collusion, hidden commissions, unsuccessful tender fees, or any other anti-competitive or unlawful arrangements.
